2. Shipping Locations
We ships to the following destinations:
- Domestic Shipping (Uganda): We deliver to all regions within Uganda.
3. Processing Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with Couriemate to provide reliable shipping services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping (Uganda): 3-7 business days.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. You can track your order via our website or directly through Couriemate’s tracking portal.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is attempted and fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
9. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to change the shipping address or modify the items. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our returns process.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter with Couriemate. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
